VEGAN BLEU CHEEZ DRESSING

Once you start making your own salad dressings, you will ever want store bought again. Trust me!





¼ block extra firm tofu, drained

1 cup vegan mayo

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon tahini





1. In a bowl, use a fork to crumble the dry tofu into small pieces; these will be your crumbles.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, garlic powder, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and tahini.

3. Add crumbles to the mayo mixture and let set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. ENJOY!!
