Vegan Sour Cream
This is a simple recipe that packs a lot of flavor. You won't buy another store bought sour cream after making this.
½ cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Add soy milk and salt to blender, blend on low speed and while blending gradually add the oil into the blender.
- Once the oil is blended well (emulsified) add the apple cider vinegar until smooth about 30 -45 seconds.
To make vegan mayo just omit the apple cider vinegar and add ½ tsp garlic powder.
